Model house in El Limonar, one of the most exclusive residential areas of Malaga, next to the Monte Miramar Palace. It is a very bright penthouse, with large windows and terraces, and spectacular views of the Bay of Malaga.
The goal was to create a modern, functional, and cozy interior, with a not-too-marked style. Whenever we face the interior design project of a model house, we keep in mind that we do not know the client, and therefore we do not know what their tastes and needs are. Yes, we were clear that the exteriors and the wonderful views of the sea had to be the protagonists, and we had to create a contemporary and timeless style, connecting at all times with the outside. It is a house where you can enjoy the terrace all year round, also taking into account that the climate of Malaga allows you to do so, that is why we gave a lot of importance to this area of the house. Enjoying sea views is a unique privilege, and an ideal space had to be created for it.
As for the interior of the house, we had to further enhance the natural light, which poured into the house, creating a warm atmosphere with light and not overloaded spaces. In the interior lighting, we play with lights and shadows, generating a pleasant and warm sensation.
When deciding the colors to use, we opted for neutrals, whites, bright, warm, and earth tones with subtle color contrasts: greens, boilers, aqua blues, and some touches of black.
Regarding the materials used in the project, we chose wood, metal, and porcelain tiles, as well as raffia wall coverings, natural fabrics, and some touches of black.
