Avant-garde architecture building specially designed by the prestigious Lamela Studio, twenty stories high and with panoramic views of the sea.
When thinking about the interior design project, our goal was to create a design that would connect with clients from all over the world, as well as from various areas of Spain and Malaga itself, who will enjoy living in this exceptional complex.
The spectacular views of the sea should be the absolute protagonist of the space. The goal was for everything to flow outward, without visual barriers, and to play with a neutral color palette that would fade into the background.
The covered terraces, with an especially generous surface area, had to have a key importance in the functioning of the living space, and an aesthetic continuation with the interior spaces, but at the same time the elements should not block the view when enjoying the interior spaces.
Regarding the colors, we opted for the sand palette, natural but very elegant textures, using handmade raffia coverings, linens, woods and warm golden metals, with the aim of finding a sophisticated home, connected with the exceptional architecture of the building in which it is located, but that will also reflect the freshness that any home facing the sea should have, and appetizing at any time of the year.
