After being commissioned to design the interior of the show apartment, Metrovacesa also entrusted LA ALBAIDA with the interior design and furnishing of the common areas at Málaga Towers, conceived to provide residents with a unique and elevated living experience.

Our proposal combines luxury, contemporary design, and functionality, creating spaces that inspire calm, sophistication, and comfort. To achieve this, we worked with a neutral colour palette, enhanced with subtle accents in selected areas, and a careful selection of noble materials that add warmth and elegance throughout the shared spaces.

Upon entering the building, residents and visitors are welcomed by a striking main lobby that sets the tone for the rest of the common areas. Double-height ceilings and large windows allow abundant natural light to flood the space, while a balanced combination of finishes and bespoke lighting design reinforces the sense of openness and exclusivity.

The furniture and decorative elements feature organic textures and natural tones, with touches of green that dialogue with the warmth of wood, complemented by contrasting details such as black glass tables, adding depth and refinement to the space.

The shared amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools with panoramic views of Málaga Bay, alongside relaxation areas and sun decks. These spaces were furnished with high-end outdoor furniture, always prioritising comfort, durability, and usability for residents.

The gym and spa areas are equipped with state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities, integrated into a design that encourages relaxation, balance, and self-care. Every element has been carefully considered to deliver a refined and immersive wellness experience.

The design of the common areas at Málaga Towers not only meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort, but also enhances residents’ quality of life through aesthetics, functionality, and a strong focus on sustainability.

After more than two years working on this Metrovacesa development, during which we have also designed the interiors of numerous private residences within the building, we feel privileged to be part of a project whose towers have become an architectural landmark and a symbol of Málaga’s urban transformation, attracting both local residents and international investors.
