The interior design project for this villa in Marbella located between golf courses, with an infinity pool and large terraces, was oriented towards seeking the fresh and Mediterranean air that the client requested, with sophisticated details, playing with a neutral palette and splashes of color .
Its contemporary design architecture, with straight lines and large windows, provided unique details to the project, such as the limestone-clad double-height fireplace that divides the main space in two. We wanted to reinforce the prominence of the stone fireplace with a double height lamp with a very light design, custom made for the project.
When considering the distribution, given the large dimensions of the spaces in the house, it was necessary to design and custom make almost all the pieces of furniture.
Regarding the range of colors, starting from a neutral base combined with the limestone tone, we added touches of navy blue, water and ochre. As for the materials used for the furniture and upholstery pieces, we opted for oak stained in very soft tones in the dining room and living room, and rich fabrics with a lot of texture for the main pieces and with prints in the secondary pieces.
Given the great importance of outdoor spaces in this home, we wanted to make the most of it and this made us try to seek continuity with the interior design, selecting the pieces of furniture and fabrics in the color palette of the interior spaces.
