This beautiful duplex apartment with a privileged location in the Puente Romano complex, on Marbella’s Golden Mile, underwent a thorough comprehensive reform. The materials chosen for the renovation and the architecture of straight lines seek to update, without breaking with the Andalusian architectural style of the buildings in this privileged area of Marbella. Respecting this Mediterranean style and considering the connection of the house to the environment near the sea and surrounded by green areas, was decisive when approaching our interior design project.
We used neutral colors that give warmth to the home, but with fresh touches of blue and green and some notes of strength provided by black.
The upholstery has been made with fabrics that are very bright but practical at the same time, washable and removable, according to the use that the client is going to give to the home. The furniture has been custom designed looking for a contemporary but very timeless interior design. Noble woods, open pore oak and touches of lacquer in some pieces seek a balance between freshness and sophistication.
