After entrusting us with the interior design project for the model home, Metrovacesa also wanted to count on us to equip the common areas of the building, designed to provide its residents with a unique living experience.
In our proposal we seek to combine luxury, modernity and functionality, creating spaces that inspire calmness, sophistication and comfort. To achieve this, we use a neutral color palette with some touches of color in some spaces, and noble materials that provide warmth and elegance.
Upon entering the building, residents and visitors are greeted by a spectacular lobby that sets the tone for what to expect in the rest of the common areas. With high ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to get in, the lobby is covered in a balanced combination of finishes and careful, custom-designed lighting. For the furniture and decorative details we used organic textures and natural colors, with some touches of green that combine with the texture of the wood, and to counterpoint we used black on the glass table.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, with spectacular views of the Bay of Malaga, have rest areas and solariums that we equipped with high-end outdoor furniture, but always seeking functionality and comfort for the residents.
The Gym and spa are equipped with the latest in sports and wellness equipment, with a design that invites relaxation and personal care.
The design of the common areas of Málaga Towers not only meet the highest standards of luxury and comfort, but also offers residents an environment that improves their quality of life through aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
After two years working on this Metrovacesa building, in which we are also developing the interior design project for the homes of numerous residents, we feel privileged to be able to be part of this project whose towers have become an architectural reference and a symbol of the city’s modernization, attracting both local residents and foreign investors.
